Mark Donnell, founder, performer, and solo artist,  is a teacher, dramatist, and clown with more than 30 years of experience in teaching through the performing arts.  His work utilizes skills in the areas of theatrical direction, acting, stage management, motivational speaking, poetry, and the art of gentle clowning.  His professional life also includes two years teaching drama at Patrick County High School in Stuart, VA, and  30 years as a teacher for students with specific learning disabilities.

Mark has studied clowning with the New York Goofs  Summer Intensive, Commedia Del Arte at the Celebration Barn in Paris Maine, and acting through the University of North Carolina School of the Arts Summer Drama program and Carolina Actor's Group. His instructors include:
